SONG/ALBUM REGISTRATION SERVICES
We register your song or album with over 15 different organizations including, Amazon, Nielsen BDS, Mediabase, Pandora, and many others. We get you qualified to join The National Association of the Recording Arts and Sciences, "The Grammy's".This makes sure your music is in the right places so all the right people will be aware it exists. Imagine getting radio play and the proper organizations don't know your record. You won't get paid.
NATIONAL COLLEGE RADIO CAMPAIGNS
Description: This initial college radio campaign consists of servicing hard copy cds to 200-250+ college, community and satellite radio stations nationally including Canada, Alaska & Hawaii. This campaign includes an e-blast also, follow-up calls and setting up interviews, station id drops where applicable. At least 300 cds are needed. All formats excepted call for more details.
Purpose: The purpose is to assist with building a radio story before approaching major radio as well as act as a "test market" for the record.
Expectation: Historically, this campaign usually results in garnering at least twenty-five percent of the stations playing your record. You will receive reports on a weekly basis detailing rotation status and campaign usually lasts eight weeks. Record may chart on CMJ, Rap Attack and F.M.Q.B. charts.
DIGITAL DELIVERY RECORD LEAK
Description: RADIO MUSIC PROMO has a digital delivery service which will deliver your next hit single directly to the people who actually decide what gets played over the airwaves. Servicing hundreds of djs and programmers, in formats which include Rhythmic Top 40, Hip-Hop/R&B, Gospel & Jazz, looking4airplay covers all categories including Club Djs, Mix Tape Djs, Terrestrial Radio Programmers, Record Pools, Satellite and Internet Radio.
Purpose: The purpose of this leak is to create familiarity and awareness of your music with those that actually decide what gets played. This also may lead to initial test market airplay and cd requests at the record pool level.
Expectation: You will receive cd requests from record pools and/or djs for airplay consideration. Djs and/or programmers may choose to email you feedback on your music at their discretion. Most responses usually arrive in your inbox within two weeks of servicing, but have been known to continue months later. Results vary from record to record.
NATIONAL MAJOR
RADIO CAMPAIGNS
Description: This campaign consists of focusing strictly on major BDS/Mediabase reporting stations. We offer this specialty major radio marketing services for various genres of music including Top 40, Rhythmic Top 40, Urban and Urban AC. Please contact us for details regarding this type of campaign.
Purpose: The purpose is to achieve rotational adds (spins) on major radio and enhance your overall major radio story.
Expectation: Campaigns usually last four to six weeks and can be extended as needed.
INTERNET RADIO CAMPAIGNS
Description: Your music will be serviced to internet radio stations streaming through Live 365, Yahoo!, AOL, Rhapsody and Shoutcast broadcasters. Your music will be serviced in the form of mp3. Formats include CHR Top 40, Urban/Rap & R&B, Country, Rock, Jazz and Christian/Gospel.
Purpose: Expose artist/music to the internet radio communities. This campaign makes sure it is available for airplay and easy accessibility to the station.
Expectation: A detail DRT report of spin count will be provided to the client on a weekly basis for 4 or 8 week campaigns. Usually client will receive some type of internet radio airplay from this campaign as guaranteed spins vary from campaign to campaign (check website for more details). Results vary from record to record. Average spin count is 100-1000+ spins per week!
RETAIL POSITION AND CHARTING
Description: We have an extensive network of independent retailers across the country consisting of more than 500 retailers! In this campaign we will set-up in-store play promotions, retail sales contests, listening booths and end cap or prime store placement programs throughout our network.
Purpose To garner client national to international recognition. Build a retail story for artist and record as well as generate pre-orders or re-order pattern for record.
Expectation: Historically, this campaign results in records receive charting on the Billboard Charts as well as charting in other industry related publications and websites. Call for more details.
